Join us at The Potteries in Hornsea Village every Wednesday during the summer holidays for Wild Wednesdays—a series of free, hands-on, nature-inspired workshops for all ages.

Each week offers a different theme and creative activities to enjoy together. Workshops run every hour from 10am to 5pm. Booking is required for all sessions—spaces are limited!

🌬️ Wednesday 23rd July – Wind & Nocturnal

Make leaf rubbings, bark art, and greeting cards, create sand art with a wind & nocturnal theme, or book to make a terracotta owl windchime (bisque-fired).

Create cone bird feeders and bird seed balls, colour your favourite garden birds, or book to decorate a wooden birdhouse.

Enjoy pebble art, plant bee-friendly wildflowers, or book to create and paint a clay bee hanger (glazed and fired).

Create cyanotype sun prints and shadow art, or book to design your own cyanotype tote bag.

Decorate a dragon windmill, paint a pottery fairy door, or book to craft a clay fairy door (glazed and fired).

🎲 Wednesday 27th August – Family Time

Make a wooden slice tic tac toe game (up to 4 per family) or book to create a travel-sized clay tic tac toe set (glazed and fired).
