We’ve teamed up with East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s Road Safety Team to bring their hugely popular Learn to Ride session right here to Hornsea Village!
We’re excited to bring the Learn to Ride course to Hornsea Village, in partnership with East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s Road Safety Team.
This fun, friendly session is all about helping children aged 4 to 10 learn to ride a bike confidently and safely. They’ll work on key skills like:
- Balancing
- Steering
- Braking
- Mounting and dismounting
Every child who completes the session will receive a certificate and a set of bike lights to take home.
Parents and guardians will need to stay for the session — it’s a great chance to cheer them on!
A quick reminder: Please take off pedals and stabilisers before you arrive — but don’t forget to bring the pedals with you! We have a few bikes and helmets available to borrow if arranged in advance.
